Mizo Caucasian Kefir 950 g
Kefir is a milk-based beverage from the northern Caucasus. It is a sour milk product with living flora that is produced with the fermentation of milk. The microba culture used for fermentation consists of kefir fungi, which is a mixture of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts in a certain proportion. It is a creamy, thick-flowing beverage with a pleasantly sour taste and aroma that feels slightly carbonated due to the carbon dioxide it contains.
Upon expansion of our product portfolio, the popular Mizo Caucasian kefir will be available in a large 950 g package from February.
